WorldPressHelp is a WordPress-only incident response service — we don't build sites, run ongoing retainers, or manage hosting. We diagnose and remove malware, request blacklist delisting, and harden the site against reinfection, for a flat $200.

Why WordPress-only

Generic web agencies and freelance developers can technically remove malware, but WordPress infections have specific, recurring patterns — injected redirects, rogue wp-admin users, backdoors hidden in theme files, database-level spam injection. Specializing in one CMS means recognizing these patterns immediately instead of investigating from scratch on every job, which is what keeps the flat-fee model honest.

What's included in every job

• A free diagnostic call before anything is charged, so you know the exact scope first.
• Full removal of malware, backdoors, and unauthorized admin accounts.
• A blacklist removal request submitted to Google and relevant browser safe-browsing lists.
• Hardening of the specific entry point that was exploited.
• A written, plain-language report of what happened and what was fixed.

What we don't do

We don't offer ongoing security monitoring, hosting, or general web development — see pricing for the full scope of what's covered by the flat fee and what isn't. If your case needs work outside that scope (a full server compromise, a multisite network), we'll say so on the diagnostic call rather than after the fact.

Our guarantee

If your site fails Google's review after we've requested blacklist removal because our cleanup missed something, we re-clean it at no extra charge. The $200 fee doesn't change based on how long the fix takes on our end.
