Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026.
The service
WorldPressHelp provides WordPress malware removal and incident response for a flat $200 fee, covering a standard single WordPress installation: malware and backdoor removal, a Google/browser blacklist removal request, security hardening of the exploited entry point, and a written report. Full scope and exclusions are listed on our pricing page.
The diagnostic call
The initial diagnostic call is free and comes with no obligation to proceed. If, after the diagnostic, your case falls outside the standard flat-fee scope (for example, a multisite network or full server-level compromise), we'll tell you before any charge is made and quote separately.
Access to your site
Performing the fix requires WordPress admin access, and sometimes FTP or hosting panel access. You're responsible for providing accurate access credentials; we recommend resetting all passwords once the job is complete.
Payment
The flat fee is due once the diagnostic confirms standard scope and you agree to proceed. We don't bill hourly, and the price doesn't change based on how long the fix takes on our end.
Our guarantee
If your site is reinfected shortly after our cleanup because our work missed something, we re-clean it at no additional charge. This guarantee doesn't cover a new, unrelated compromise (for example, a different vulnerability exploited months later).
What we're not responsible for
We're not responsible for data loss caused by your own hosting provider, third-party plugin bugs unrelated to the infection, or downtime caused by your host during the process. We take a full backup before making changes specifically to protect against this.
