HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. One call to start.

Here's exactly what happens between booking a call and getting your written all-clear report — including how we request removal of Google's "this site may be hacked" warning.

Removing WordPress malware and Google's blacklist warning takes three steps: diagnose the infection on a free call, remove and harden the site (usually same-day), then verify it's clean and request delisting from Google and browsers.

Step 1 — Diagnose

We start with a free scan of your files, database, and current blacklist status across Google Safe Browsing and major browsers. You get an exact list of what's infected — which files, which backdoors, whether there are rogue admin accounts — before anything is charged. This is also when we confirm the flat $200 price applies to your case.

Step 2 — Remove & harden

A full backup is taken first, so nothing is lost even in the worst case. Then every infected file and backdoor is removed: injected scripts, malicious redirects, hidden admin users, and any scheduled tasks the attacker set up to reinfect the site automatically. Once the site is clean, we harden the specific entry point that was exploited — whether that was an outdated plugin, a weak password, or an exposed file-upload path — so the same hole can't be used twice.

Step 3 — Verify & report

With the site clean, we submit a review request through Google Search Console to remove the "this site may be hacked" warning, plus equivalent requests to any browser safe-browsing lists that flagged the domain. Google typically clears the flag within 24–72 hours once the underlying infection is genuinely gone — the label never lifts automatically, so this request step matters. Finally, the site is re-scanned to confirm nothing was missed, and you receive a plain-language written report of exactly what happened and what was fixed.

How long does it take?

Most single-site infections are fully removed within a few hours of the diagnostic call. The Google/browser blacklist review itself is outside our control — it's typically cleared in 24–72 hours after we submit the request, since that part depends on Google's own review queue, not on us.
